How It Works (No Bullshit): We keep our operations tight. If your frames break down structurally, just send an email with a photo of the damage. All we ask is that you cover a flat $19.99 logistics and warehouse fee so we can pull a fresh set from the vault, package them securely, and ship them straight to your door.

(Just keep it honest with us: this covers real structural failure that stops you from wearing them. It doesn't cover standard cosmetic scratches on the lenses that you earn along the way.)
