THE CODE
Every authentic pair ships with an individual Activation Card sealed inside the box. Once registered, our pact has no expiration date. Standard retail runs on a 30-day clock because their model depends on planned obsolescence. Not here.

Field Failure & Breakage: If you put your hardware through hell and manage to crack, crush, or break it out in the field doing real work—whether that is tomorrow or years down the road—the family handles it. 

THE LOGISTICS
We keep our operations direct, honest, and transparent:

• Proof of Damage: Submit your registered card details along with a clear photo of the broken hardware to the vault. No interrogation. No corporate runaround.
• The Shop Fee: To process a fresh replacement build, we ask for a flat shop fee of $35 USD (Domestic USA) or $55 USD (International). This clears bench prep, hand inspection, and direct tracked shipping straight to your door.
• The Boundary: Limit one replacement build per registered card. This covers genuine damage and mechanical failure that puts hardware out of commission. Everyday cosmetic lens scuffs earned through honest wear stay on your face.
